Machine details:

1. Applicable finished tissue size: open size 180mm/190mm/200mm/210mm; folded size 90mm/95mm/100mm/105mm
2. Applied with Siemens PLC, Siemens touch screen and Siemens frequency converter as control system.
3. With large size operation panel with intuitive interface for easy parameters setting, operation and real-time monitoring.
4. The upper fixed type blades and lower rotary type blades help to guide paper feeding and well prevent the blade damage from blocking.
5. The vertical blades and edge embossing units are fixed at front and back separately and pneumatically controlled individually. Alloy blades and steel pressing rollers are durable in use.
6. Movable rubber arc spreading rollers prevent paper corrugation and fully prevent paper dust accumulation from polluting finished products.
7. All driving units are driven by timing belt and flat belt, with tapered pulleys type tension adjustment for high driving accuracy and free of maintenance.
8. Strong wallboard type machine frame and integral steel base to ensure stable running at high speed.
9. Two sets of upper and lower big diameter embossing rollers perform perfect embossing.
10. Push-pull clutch is used to prevent wearing the embosser from idling against no need of the embosser.
11. Separate pneumatic presser for ease of guiding paper feeding.
12. Shifting rubber arc spreading rollers are used against paper corrugation and paper dust dropping to stick on the rollers.
13. Paper loading is pneumatically driven independently.
14. Movable unwinding taper sleeve for flexible turning.
