1. The total functional system consists of paper loading stands, paper transporting and paper slitting and rewinding mechanism .
2. Independent paper loading by air cylinder without any manual or mechanical operation.
3. Stable jumbo roll rotating as same speed as unwinding and rewinding and speed can be adjusted.
4. Pneumatically driven air inflating shaft is used to go into paper tube and convenient for discharging of the rewound paper roll.
