This tissue paper converting machine is suitable for cutting non-woven fabric material roll by equipped with special arc-shaped clamping device. It is characteristic of neat cutting and high efficiency.
Main functional features:
1. Applied with one infeed lane and servo motor to meet various product cutting length as needed.
2. Change the parameters on the operation screen to change the different product cutting width.
3. Pneumatic-driven product belt pressing unit can be adjusted in its up-down height.
4. With special arc-shaped clamping device, it can prevent product deformation.
5. Time setting function is available which can be set on the screen.
6. On the infeed lane an emergency button is equipped against sudden case.
7. Auto blade grinding function is available.
8. Speed is regulated by inverter.
9. The total system is controlled by PLC with big size touch screen for easy parameters setting and
operation.
10. Equipped with safety protection door, the machine will stop automatically when the door is opened.
11. Photocell tracking of product material feeding and detection of product edge scraps in operation.
12. Product edge scraps can be rejected automatically by detection.
13. Auto stop against no material feeding or abnormal feeding.
