Machine technical details:
1- Cutting System: Orbital.
2- Double infeed lanes with stainless steel channels.
3- the cutting speed varies from 40-140 cuts/min.
4- Two sets of servo systems are used to control paper infeed and outfeed, and one set of servo system for
blade mechanism movenment.
5- One set of cylinder-driven paper presser is installed on each lane for paper pressing. The height
adjustment is controlled on the touch screen
6- The arc-shaped clamping device can be adjusted based on actual paper roll size.
7- The paper edge cutting length is controlled on the touch screen.
8- Two emergency stop buttons are mounted on each lane.
9- Automatic blade sharpening and periodical lubricating.

11- Touch screen of Siemens brand is used for perfect operation.
12- In case of any fault in operation, the fault alarm will display on the operation panel.
13- Data memory function is available on the LCD screen.
14- When the safety door is openend, the machine will automaticall stop to prevent any human injury.
15- Automatic stop in case of any abnormal paper feeding. In case of improper papar conveying, the
machine will stop automatically.
16- The machine will stop automatically when no supply of paper roll.
