Product use:
This tissue paper converting machine is used for cutting toilet paper roll by equipped with special arc-shaped clamping device.
Main characteristics:
1. One infeed lane, servo motor indexing to cut different length.
2. Paper edge cutting width can be set on the screen as needed.
3. Pneumatic up-down belt presser for tissue bundles with height adjustable.
4. Arc-shaped clamping device is used to hold the paper roll for cutting.
5. Time can be set on the screen.
6. An emergency stop button is available on the infeed lane.
7. The blade automatically goes for sharpening, and the grinding stone is durable.
8. Servo drive system ensures any paper cutting length.
9. With variable frequency converter for speed regulation.
10. Siemens brand PLC and HMI are in use.
11. Auto stop protection function in case that the safety door is opened.
