Applications:
This tissue paper converting machine is used for automatically cutting hand paper towel. It is recognized as an ideal tissue paper slitting equipment.

1. Single servo control of cut-off length, thoroughly removing paper scraps without affecting the speed.
2. PLC program-controlled, touch-screen parameter settings for easy operation.
3. Timing belt transmission is more precise, with cut-off error less than ±1mm.
4. Grinding wheels can be adjusted automatically for sharpening according to the blade wearing.
5. The paper scraps can be automatically separated from the qualified products.
6. Two Delta brand servo motors indexing to cut different length.
7. High endurance timing belts driving system.
8. One emergency stop button installed on the tissue input.
9. HMI touch screen with fault display, capacity counting and time control function.
10. Automatic stop in case of protective cabin doors are opened.
11. Automatic stop in case of log over diameter or miss placement.
12. Adjustment of the machine through conveyors.
13. This machine can be made with double lanes at user’s demand.
14. This machine can be connected with tissue folding machine, tissue rewinding machine and tissue packaging machine as full auto tissue production line.
