SINGLE LANE TISSUE PAPER CONVERTING MACHINE
Application:
This machine is used for slitting facial tissue paper, kitchen paper towel, hand paper towel, cotton soft fabric and non-woven fabric material.
Main Features:
1. Three servo motors control. One is used for paper infeed, one for paper outfeed and one for cutting mechanism.
2. PLC program-controlled, touch-screen parameter settings for easy operation.
3. Servo control of paper feeding with cut-off error less than ±1mm.
4. Grinding wheels are pneumatically driven for auto blade sharpening.
5. The paper scraps rejection is done by air cylinder.
6. Servo motor indexing to cut different paper length.
7. Main drive system is driven by high endurance timing belts and gears.
8. Two emergency stop buttons installed on the tissue infeed and outfeed lane.
9. HMI touch screen with fault alarm display, output counting and time setting function.
10. Automatic stop in case that protective cabin doors are opened.
11. Automatic stop in case of abnormal paper infeed.
12. Automatic cutting stop against no material infeed.
13. Adjustment of the machine through conveyors.
14. Pneumatic device is adjustable for tissue pressing.
15. This machine can be connected with tissue folding machine and tissue packaging machine as full auto tissue production line.
