Siemens PLC Controlled Facial Tissue Paper Converting With Single Infeed Lane
Application scope:
This tissue paper converting machine is used for auto slitting of facial tissue paper with perfect
performance.
Machine descriptions:
1. Applied with one infeed lane for tissue paper feeding.
2. Different paper cutting length is controlled by one servo motor.
3. Set relative parameters on the touch screen to change the paper edge cutting width as expected.
4. The pneumatic belt presser can be adjusted in its height to meet the tissue pressing height.
5. Time setting function is available on the screen.
6. An emergency stop button equipped on the infeed lane for a sudden case.
7. The whole control system is composed of PLC, HMI and frequecny converter.
8. Safety door is available to avoid human injury.
9. The transmission units are driven by timing belts.
10. Auto paper scraps rejection and auto stop against abnormal tissue feeding.
11. Good ventilation device is used on the machine.
