Description:

This tissue paper production line contains V-fold tissue folding machine, tissue cutting machine and single pack tissue packing machine, automatically performing the production process from tissue folding, tissue cutting to single pack tissue packing. It is suitable for full auto production of facial tissue and paper towel (kitchen towel and hand towel).

Control way:

This line is totally controlled by PLC, Servo and Frequency converter. To ensure the reliability of all functions to the full, major control units are applied with imported brand on all machines.

Normal production process:

After power on and all machines are adjusted to meet actual production requirement, the whole line will start normal production process. In operation, only 1 or 2 workers join to pick folded tissues and put them onto the auto conveyor connected with tissue slitter for cutting, and then automatically conveyed to tissue packer and 1 worker handles the finished packages.

Usually, 3 workers can operate the whole line in good condtion.
