Brief introduction:

Composed of tissue folding machine, tissue cutting machine, single pack tissue packer and tissue bundling packer, this tissue paper production line is used for full auto bundling packing of facial tissue paper. It is widely applied to facial tissue paper bundling packing production, saving much manufacturing cost.

Main control system:

Mainly controlled by PLC, Servo and Frequency speed adjustment.

Main control units are used with international brands to ensure stable operation.

Tissue folder:

Normal production:

After start of the normal production, 2 persons join to pick folded tissues and put them onto the auto conveyor of tissue slitter for cutting and then automatically conveyed to single tissue packer and bundling packer while 1 person handles the finished packages from bundling packer. Totally, it is enough for 3 persons to work for the whole production.
