Tissue Paper Production Line For Facial Tissue And Hand Towel With Full Embossing
Brief introduction:
This tissue paper production line is integrated with tissue folder, tissue slitter and tissue packer for full auto production of facial tissue and hand towel with full embossing. It performs the process of tissue folding, tissue slitting and tissue packing.
System control:
The total system is PLC-controlled with servo driving and frequency conversion speed regulation.
Most of main electrical components are imported to ensure stable performance.
Main functions:
Tissue folder:
Auto systematic real-time monitoring; independent pneumatic drive for paper loading; paper-dust accumulation prevention; auto stop against paper breaking by sensor tracking; auto stop against no paper feeding; manual paper tension; auto capacity counting; fold stacking by inking or dislocating; auto fault alarm display; emergency stop in case of any sudden case.
Tissue slitter:
Auto stop against no material feeding; auto stop against abnormal material feeding; auto stop against opening safety door; auto capacity counting; time setting;auto fault alarm display; emergency stop in case of any sudden case; auto blade sharpening and oil lubricating; auto paper scraps rejection; auto sensor tracking.
Tissue packer:
Auto stop against no film feeding; auto stop against no product feeding; auto stop against incorrect product position; auto stop against product blocking; auto sensor tracking; auto trouble alarm display; emergency stop in case of any sudden case.
Operation:
This line performs the process from tissue folding, tissue slitting to tissue packing, which 2 persons are handling tissue folding and 1 person for tissue packing.
