Application:

The mixed tissue paper production line is combined of single pack tissue packing machine and tissue box packing machine, used to connect with front-end equipments such as tissue folding machine and tissue

cutting machine for auto production of facial tissue and paper towel from tissue folding, tissue slitting to single tissue packing and tissue box packing with high capacity, saving much laboring cost.

System control:

The total system is PLC-controlled with servo driving and frequency conversion speed regulation.

Most of main electrical components are imported to ensure stable performance.

Main functions:

Functions available to single tissue packing machine:

1. auto stop against no film supply;
2. auto stop against no paper feeding;
3. auto capacity counting;
4. auto stop against wrong product position;
5. auto stop against product jamming;
6. auto sensor tracking of color mark;
7. auto fault alarm display;
8. emergency stop in case of any sudden case.

Functions available to tissue box packing machine:

1. no paper pushing without box supply;
2. no box moving without paper filling;
3. auto stop against abnormal paper filling;
4. protection against motor overload;
5. auto fault alarm display;
6. auto sensor tracking;
7. auto stop against paper jamming;
8. emergency stop in case of any sudden case.

Production process:

• This line should work with front-end equipments including tissue folding machine and tissue cutting machine to form a fully automatic tissue production line. 4 workers are enough for the operation of the whole line (2 workers for folding machine,1 for tissue film packer and 1 for tissue box packer).
• User can use this line as needed for both packing at same time or either packing purpose.
