This tissue paper production line is consisted of tissue folding machine, tissue slitter, single pack tissue packer and tissue bundling packer for auto tissue folding, slitting, single packing and bundling packing of facial tissue paper.

Control system of the whole line:

Totally controlled by PLC, Servo and Frequency speed adjustment.

Main control units are used with international brands to ensure stable operation.

Machine functions:

Tissue folder:

• auto systematic real-time monitoring;
• independent pneumatic drive for paper loading;
• paper-dust accumulation prevention;
• auto stop against paper breaking by sensor tracking;

Normal production:

After start of the normal production, 2 persons work together to pick folded tissues and put them onto the auto conveyor of tissue slitter for cutting and then automatically conveyed to single tissue packer and bundling packer while 1 or 2 persons handle the loading of premade bags on bundling packer. Totally,3 or 4 persons can operate the whole production line.
