PLC / Servo Controlled Facial Tissue / Paper Towel Boxing Production Line
Application:
The complete line is composed of tissue folding machine, tissue converter and tissue box packing machine, used for auto production of facial tissue and paper towel from tissue folding, tissue slitting to tissue box packing with high efficiency and perfect performance, saving much laboring cost.
Control system:
The total system is PLC-controlled with servo driving and frequency conversion speed regulation.
Most of main control units are used with international brand to ensure stable performance.

Functions available to tissue folding machine:
Auto systematic real-time monitoring;independent pneumatic drive for paper loading;paper-dust accumulation prevention;auto stop against paper breaking by sensor tracking;auto stop against no paper feeding;manual paper tension;auto capacity counting;fold stacking by inking or dislocating; auto fault alarm display; emergency stop in case of any sudden case.
Functions available to tissue converter:
Auto stop against no material feeding; auto stop against abnormal material feeding; auto stop against opening safety door; auto capacity counting; time setting;auto fault alarm display; emergency stop in case of any sudden case; auto blade sharpening and oil lubricating; auto paper scraps rejection;auto sensor tracking.
Functions available to tissue box packing machine:
No paper pushing without box supply; no box moving without paper filling; auto stop against abnormal paper filling;protection against motor overload; auto fault alarm display; auto sensor tracking;emergency stop in case of any sudden case.
Normal production:
After starting the complete line for normal production, two persons work together to pick bundled tissues from tissue folding machine and put them onto the auto feed conveyor connected with tissue converter for auto cutting, and then automatically conveyed to tissue box packing machine. After box packing, one person handles finished box packages.
Generally, 3 persons are enough for the operation of the whole line.
