Application:
This machine is equipped with single feed lane to work with front-end single facial tissue paper packing machine for fully automatic bundling packing of facial tissue with high productivity.
Features:
1. Applied with PLC program control and servo driving system, this machine performs product conveying, overturning, counting, bag sucking, bag opening, bag filling and bag sealing.
2. Bag sealing module is designed with negative pressure to ensure beautiful package.
3. Human-machine operation interface for easy parameters setting and simple operation.
4. With fault tracking alarm function, the cause and position of fault can be quickly found and displayed on the touch screen for trouble shooting.
5. Auto stop against no bag supply or product feeding. Auto rejection of abnormal bag supply. Auto stop against improper bag opening. Auto rejection of bag when failure to open bag due to bag sticking. Auto small package dropping when jammed in the process of product conveying.
6. Packing speed can be freely adjusted.
7. Applied with copper block constant temperature heating and AC control mode, good adaptability to corona quality of packaging bag, effectively avoiding false seal.
