Description:
This tissue paper machine is applied with band saw for slitting of toilet jumbo roll with features of rational design, compact mechanical structure, simple operation, reliable safety and high productivity. It is widely used in toilet paper processing industry.
Product details:
The total control system is composed of servo, PLC, HMI and frequency converter.
Set parameters for cutting speed and length on the HMI to start automatic paper roll slitting.
Equipped with auto clamping unit for paper roll, no need to adjust or change any mechanical part by hand for product size change. Product size change can be done automatically within diameter of 150-250mm after parameters setting on the screen. One size change can be finished in five minutes.
Auto functions are available with automatic stop against breaking saw blade, automatic arranging, automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic fixing length, pneumatic paper loading and automatic saw blade grinding.
Paper cutting length is adjustable and the length-cut error is 0.5mm, the deviation error is 0.2mm, the cutting speed is 30-70 rolls per minute.
Minimum paper trimming is 10 mm.
Designed with rational and safe mechanical structure, human injury is never to happen on this machine.
