Applications:
The tissue box packing machine is suitable for automatic box filling and sealing of facial tissue, cotton tissue, napkin, square tissue, pocket tissue and sanitary pad.
Main Features:
1- Driven by servo and step motor, and controlled by PLC for automatic box sucking, box opening, tissue filling, box glueing and sealing.
2- With photocell tracking system, no box suction when lack of tissue filling, avoiding box wasting.
3- Convenient and quick in changeover of box size. No need to change modules but only adjust individual unit for size change.
4- Auto stop against improper tissue filling and protection against main motor overload.
5- With intellectual temperature controller and large size touch screen, easy parameters setting and simple operation.
6- Auto display of boxing speed, fault alarm and finished products counts on the HMI.
7- Uplift safety cover can be equipped on the machine if needed.
8- Hot glue spraying device or mechanical glue brushing unit for option.
9- Individually use or work with front-end tissue folding machine and tissue cutting machine as a full auto production line.
