The pocket tissue embossing and folding machine is used for auto pocket tissue embossing, folding , cutting and dispensin onto packing machine as a full auto production line, greatly reducing laboring cost and improving productivity.

Main Features:

1. Stable machine performance.

2. Pull out the impeller from channel to separate tissue paper under the mode of high speed machine for tissue paper separation. Separated by the impeller, the paper folding roller pulls out the folded tissue paper sheet by sheet from channel and the separation shift fork is controlled by cam mechanism to ensure stable folded tissue separation at high speed.

3. It performs differential operation with packing machine, leaving a certain empty bag position for the feeding groove of packing machine so that the poorly-packed tissue can be easily picked out for repacking, reducing the loss.

4. Based on the feeding groove height of packing machine, this machine is integrally designed with a large 18mm-thick support plate from front to back, making the structure rational and higher rigidity.

5. Applied with intelligent detector for paper loosing, paper breaking, paper missing and paper jamming. Once any fault is found, the machine will automatically shut down while the fault location displays on the operation panel. After the trouble shooting as to the instructions on the panel, the machine will go back to normal operation.

6. The power transmission between the paper folding rollers is changed from original gears to double gears belt transmission, greatly reducing the machine running noise.

7. Easy to change the paper sheets of a single package by removing two screws and replacement

of one set of gears.

8. Applied with pneumatic paper loading function.
