DESCRIPTIONS:
The kitchen towel folding machine is used for shearing jumbo roll into the width as desired by the rolling cutters and then interfolded into kitchen towel.
MAIN FEATURES:
Folding
- Used for the cutting length of 180/190/200/210mm (cross cutting) and width range from 100-210mm (vertical cutting).
- PLC program control, frequency conversion speed adjustment, HMI for operation, real-time monitoring and parameters change.
- Professional cantilever control panel with intuitive interface for easy operation.
- The transverse upper blade is pneumatically separated integral fixed type and the lower blade is integral rotary type. Easy for guiding paper, avoiding blade damage by blocking, easily adjustable, ensuring cutting without connections.
- The longitudinal blade and edge embosser are dovetail clamping type, fixed front and back separately with independent pneumatic control, easily adjustable. Alloy slitting blades and bearing steel pressing rollers are durable in use.
- Movable rubber arc spreading rollers prevent paper corrugation and fully prevent paper dust accumulation from polluting finished products.
- The overall units are driven by timing belt and flat belt, with tapered pulley type tension adjustment for high drive accuracy and free of maintenance.
- Wallboard type machine frame and integral steel base plate with firm structure to ensure stable high speed running.
Embossing
- Two pairs of horizontal upper and lower big diameter embossing rollers ensure perfect embossing effects.
- Helical gears are synchronously positioning for high drive accuracy, low noise and easy adjustment.
- Driven by timing belt, low noise and free of maintenance.
- Push-pull clutch is used for easily disengaging transmission when no use of embossing mechanism, preventing embossing roller idling from wearing itself.
- Independent pneumatic pressurizing for ease of paper guiding and effectively buffering mechanical damage against paper winding by embossing roller.
- Movable rubber arc spreading roller prevents paper corrugation and accumulated paper dust dropping from sticking the roller.
Unwinding
- Pneumatic constant pressure unwinding belts automatically get adaptable to jumbo roll diameter.
- Movable unwinding taper sleeve for flexible turning.
- Pneumatic left/right synchronous paper loading units greatly reduce labor intensity.
- Driven by timing belt and flat belt, cone pulley type tension adjustment for high drive accuracy and free of maintenance.
