3 - Servo Controlled Facial Tissue Paper Converting Machine With PLC And HMI
Use of the machine:
This tissue paper converting machine is applied with 3 servo system to slitting facial tissue paper with high capacity and stable operation.
Product technical specifications:
1. One infeed lane, 3 servo systems are applied to control tissue infeed and outfeed as well as control of
rotary cutting system.
2. Tissue trim cutting width is automatically controlled by setting relative parameters on the touch screen
3. Air cylinder driven blet pressing device is used for pressing tissue paper bundles and the height
adjustment can be easily done.
4. User can freely set time on the touch screen.
5. One emergency stop button is installed on infeed and outfeed lane respectively.
6. The rotary blade is turning at 990 rings per minute.
7. Auto blade grinding is controlled on the screen and blade is clamped by grinding stones driven by air
cylinder.
8. Servo driving system to ensure accurate tissue cutting position.
9. Driving speed is regulated by stepless frequency converter.
10.The program controller and LCD touch screen are used with Siemens brand.
11.When opening safety door of the machine, it will stop automatically to avoid any human injury.
12.Paper scraps rejection unit is available. Paper trims cut is pneumatically rejected by blowing nozzle.
