Application:
The tissue multiple packs packing machine is used to connect with front-end single pack tissue packing machine for tissue bundling / collective packing.
Main features:
1-This machine is controlled by PLC with HMI for easy operation.
2-Available with emergency stop, safety alarm and electrical protection functions.
3-Performing auto paper turnover, shunting, handling, row dividing and bag gusseting.
4-The width of bag loader is adjustable by hand wheel.
5-The bagging speed, sealing temperature and bagging size can be adjustable.
6-The bag sealing unit is designed with double temperature controller, adjusting the sealing and cutting individually.
7-Applied with double-lane and double-shunting packing way, it is the perfect equipment for tissue bundling packing.
8-Operating way: one person handles premade bag loading and then press the manual button while the machine performs auto bag filling of the products and auto bag edge folding, sealing and cutting.
