FJ-DP series full auto jumbo roll slitting rewinders are used for slitting and rewinding jumbo roll paper from single layer to 2, 3 or 4 layers paper rolls.

Main features:

This machine is composed of pneumatically paper-loading device, paper material conveyor and paper rewinding system.
Automatic pneumatic paper loading device can conveniently send raw material form ground to unwinding unit, no need of loading by hand or by crane.
Raw material unwinding system can perform the rotation of the parent jumbo roll smoothly to keep same speed of unwinding and rewinding, and the speed difference can be adjusted.
Used with pneumatic core shaft, it is easy to pass through paper tube before rewinding and discharge jumbo roll after rewinding.
The paper slitting width and paper layer can be adjusted as needed.
