Film unwinding: automatic film unwinding, high precision electric and pneumatic clamping by heavy chuck, equipped with lifting device.
Film rewinding: precise air expansion differential slip shaft for rewinding with auto control of tension and pressure of contact rollers .
Film traction: constant linear speed control.
Film edge scraps recycling: flat film edge winding and edge blowing system controlled by closed loop tension.
Film guiding roller: all guiding rollers for film slitting are active ones which the tension is free from the resistance of film guiding rollers .
Film edge deviation rectifier: CCD camera static auto rectifying system with LPC and EPC electric eyes.
Film splicing platform: pneumatic film end-end connection.
Film slitting mode: slit by suspended flat blade and pneumatic pressed circular blade.
Aligning device for film rewinding paper tube: by laser positioning.
Finished roll unloader for option: auto turnover unloader driven by motor.
Functions available: meter counting, stop against setting of fixed film length, alarm and stop against shortage of raw materials, online manual centering micro adjustment of film rewinding.
