Full Auto Computerized Program Control Film Scraps Recycling Machine
Descriptions:
This is a fully automatic machine mainly used in a full auto productione line for recycling the waste, scraps and defective materials generated from processing CPE, PE, CPP, PO, PP, EVA, BOPA, POF, LLDPE and non-woven fabrics by plastic film processor for reuse mixed with original raw material, saving much production cost and avoiding environmental pollution problem.
Main features:
Pelletizing by way of cold cutting without dust. It makes no change of material chemical composition and plastic property.
Available with the functions of self-traction and self-synchronization as well as auto granule length adjustment.
High capacity, low working noise and less power consumption.
The density of the granule processed is similar to that of original granules, which can be evenly mixed with raw materials without blocking material inlet and with hard generation of crystal lattices. 30~40% addition of the granules can be mixed with original raw materials for reuse.
Combined with production line to perform linkage with slitting machine or operated independently.

Independently controlled by inverter and motor to get the film into traction precompression mechanism, ensuring the production line free from being affected by possible failure resulted from main compression mechanism and cutter mechanism, sending the banded edge material to the main compression mechanism after precompression. |
