Computerized Program Control Slitting Rewinder With Gantry Loading System
Descriptions:
This machine is used for slitting and rewinding of large diameter film roll material, such as plastic film material of BOPP,BOPA,PET, CPP, CPP/AL, PET/AL,BOPS, PP, PE and PVC, laminated film and metallized film.
Main features:
1-Constant tension control for auto calculation of film rewinding roll diameter.
2-Up and down double air expansion shaft for central rewinding in same direction.
3-Driven by single frequency conversion motor. Timing belt transmission for reliable operation with minimal noise.
4-Tension-controlled magnetic powder clutch for film rewinding, magnetic powder brake for film unwinding with high tension control precision, quick response and wide range of adjustment, applied with electric lifting device.
5-Advanced simulated photo sensor correction system for film unwinding, applied with electrostatic eliminating device, edge-blowing unit and auto film rewinding meter-counting.
6-Flat blade or circular blade for film slitting.
