Computerized Program Control Film Rewinder With Defects Checking

This machine is not available with film slitting function, only used for rewinding unqualified film roll material into qualified film roll or jumbo roll rewinding into different diameter roll as needed. It is usually used with automatic computerized program control film quality checking machine.

Constant tension control for auto calculation of roll diameter.
Driven by single frequency conversion motor for control of rewinding, unwinding and traction device. Timing belt transmission for reliable operation with minimal noise.
High precision of tension control, quick response and wide range of adjustment.
Advanced simulated photo sensor correction system for film unwinding, applied with electrostatic elimination device and film splicing platform.
Automatic reverse film winding for self-checking of defects on the film for manual rejection and auto rewinding meter-counting.
Film edge cutting device is available.
