Computerized Program Control Wrapping Film Material Slitting Rewinder
Descriptions:
This is an economical machine used for slitting and rewinding of common plastic film material such as BOPP, BOPA, PET, CPP, CPP/AL, PET/AL, PP, PE and PVC as well as various laminated film and metallized film.
Main features:
Film rewinding: central rewinding with up and down air expansion shaft in same direction. Air cylinder is used to control the clamping of film roll unwinding and rewinding and the actions of blade shaft and pressing roller. Driven by single frequency conversion motor. Transmitted by timing belt for a reliable operation with minimal noise.
Rewinding by tension-controlled magnetic powder clutch while unwinding by magnetic powder brake with high precision of tension control, quick response and wide range of adjustment.
Use of advanced simulated photo sensor auto correction system for unwinding, with functions of electrostatic elimination device, edge-blowing unit and auto rewinding meter-counting.
