This is a top quality machine used for slitting and rewinding of common plastic film material of BOPP, BOPA, PET, CPP, CPP/AL, PET/AL, PP, PE and PVC, various laminated film and metallized film.
Main Features:
Film rewinding: precise air expansion slip shaft driven by motor for film rewinding, auto rewinding roll diameter calculating and air pressure control for rewinding tension and slip shaft.
Film traction: constant linear speed control.
Film roll unwinding: shaftless roll unwinding driven by motor and transmitted by vector frequency conversion motor, constant tension control of auto roll diameter calculation. The film roll unwinding is clamped by motor-driven thread rod driven by air cylinder, and lifted by motor.
Film edge deviation rectifier: CCD camera static auto rectifying system with LPC and EPC electric eyes.
Film slitting mode: slit by flat blade or circular blade, and the blade adjustment is driven by air cylinder and timing belt.
Functions available: meter-counting, auto stop against setting of fixed length, roll diameter calculating and alarm against shortage of raw materials.
