PLC Control Lithium Battery Diaphram Slitting Rewinder
Applications:
This machine is used for micro tension slitting and rewinding of diaphragm prepared by wet or dry way for lithium ion battery, as well as precise slitting and rewinding of lithium ion battery wrapping material and electrode.
Main features:
Stable and precise tension slitting control ensures perfect film rewinding.
Available with the functions of intelligent constant speed control, meter-counting, auto stop against setting of fixed length, alarm and auto stop against shortage of raw material.
Humanized design and configuration, rewinding with self-adjusting of tension and lifting function for unwinding mechanism clamped by pneumatic constant pressure.
Equipped with pneumatic driving platform for film end-end connection, laser aligning device for rewinding paper tube and easy-to-use finished roll unloader.
High precision differential slip shaft is used to ensure the evenness of film rewinding tension when uneven thickness of raw film material.
