PCB Optical Film Slitting Rewinder With PLC Control System
Descriptions:
This machine is used to fully meet the high requirement for slitting and rewinding of optical film material used in PCB optical film industry. It is also applied to precise slitting and rewinding of printing film and packing film with high speed.
Main Features:
Ultrasonic electric eye is used for tracking the optical film edge.
With function of auto blade position adjustment from left-right direction.
Film width slitting accuracy is ±0.2mm.
Auto film scraps recycling shafts are available at the bottom of the machine.
Used with central rewinding with double station air expansion differential slip shaft, driven by independent vector frequency conversion motor for automatic rewinding tension control.
Vector frequency conversion motor is used for film traction with constant linear speed control.
Vector frequency conversion motor is used to control the shaft-free film unwinding with micro tension. Unwinding width is automatically adjusted by motor and film roll is clamped by cylinder and lifted by motor.
Circular blades are used for film slitting. Auto blade position adjusting function is for option.
